XRPLClaw provides AI agent hosting on the XRP Ledger. By using the platform — including deploying agents, topping up balances, or interacting with any XRPLClaw service — you agree to these terms.
OpenClaw agents are powered by large language models (LLMs). This is new technology, and there are things you should understand before using it:
Agent access should be treated as less secure than a hot wallet. Do not share private keys, seed phrases, or sensitive credentials with your agent.
While agents are containerized and isolated from each other, they interact with external systems — the XRP Ledger, third-party APIs, and the internet. Their actions cannot be fully predicted or reversed. Treat your agent like an assistant with internet access: useful, but not something you hand your keys to.
XRPLClaw, OpenClaw, and all associated services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
XRPLClaw is not responsible for financial losses, data loss, missed opportunities, or any other damages resulting from agent actions, downtime, or platform changes. The underlying models (LLMs) are third-party technology with their own limitations and failure modes.
By deploying an agent, you acknowledge that you understand the experimental nature of AI agent technology and assume all risk associated with its use. This includes — but is not limited to — financial transactions initiated by agents, data processed through agents, and any on-ledger activity performed on your behalf.
XRPLClaw may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
